Anti-Ragging Forum

RULES AND BY LAW OF ANTIRAGGING COMMITTEE:

  1. The committee thus constituted shall be operating functioning until cancellation/ alteration from time to time.
  2. The committee shall sit for its meeting in the month of July every year regularly where plan of action is discussed in detail for the next session and the same shall be operated by the institute as per decision of the committee.
  3. Subsequent meeting shall be called by the head of the institution by giving 15 days notice.
  4. The core of meeting will be fulfilled by 5 members including the head of the institution.
  5. The anti ragging squad as constituted shall be keeping a strict vigilance at least for a period of 3 months from the beginning of the session.
  6. On the basis of their vigilance and report there on emergency Anti Ragging Committee meeting can be called even at short information as and when necessary.
  7. The report of Anti Ragging Committee of the institution shall be submitted to the monitoring cell of the University and District level Anti raging Committee.
  8. The decision of the Anti Ragging Committee of the institution shall be the final for the institution concerned.
  9. Decision of the institutional Anti ragging Committee can be challenged only in the District level Anti Ragging Committee
