ADMISSION CRITERIA

B.Sc NURSING

1. The minimum age for admission is 17 years.
2. The minimum educational requirement: H.S.S.L.C. (Sc) i.e. 10+2 or Senior School Certificate Exam (10+2) or Pre degree Exam or any degree passed with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with minimum of 45% marks in PCB. In case of SC/ST the minimum marks is relaxable by 5%. (But ANC consider 50% as minimum percentage and for ST/SC 45%)
3. Students wanting to be admitted to the B. Sc Nursing course have to appear for Common Entrance Exam (CEE) held under Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS). Application forms are available on the University website: www.ssuhs.in from 27-04-2023 to 16-05-2023. The Entrance Test is going to be held on 04-06-2023. 4. Candidate shall have to be medically fit.
5. Admission is open for all genders.

B.Sc Nursing Fee for the Academic Year 2023-24: Rs. 274,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Seventy Four Thousand)

Payment Schedule:

• At the time of admission :                            Rs.130,000
• 1st Installment (Before 20th Jan 2024):   Rs. 74,000
• 2nd Installment (Before 20th April 2024): Rs. 70,000

• For qualified students seat can be reserved by paying Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) for B.Sc Nursing
• Reservation will be valid for 15 days from the day of reservation subject to clearance of admission amount. Reservation amount is non refundable. All Payments through Bank is preferrable

Post Basic B.Sc NURSING

1. The minimum educational requirement: 

         (a) Intermediate/ 10+2 (Arts/Science/Commerce) or its equivalent

         (b) Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM)

         (c) Must be registered under respective nursing council & Midwifery (GNM)

     2. Candidate shall have to be medically fit

     3. Admission is open for all genders

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing Fee for the Academic Year 2023-24: Rs. 179,520 (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Nine Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty)

Payment Schedule:

• At the time of admission :                             Rs. 85,000
• 1st Installment (Before 20th Jan 2024):    Rs. 60,000
• 2nd Installment (Before 20th April 2024):  Rs. 34,520

Note:

• For qualified students seat can be reserved by paying Rs. 50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) for Post Basic B.Sc Nursing

General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM):

1. Age criteria: 17 to 35 years 
2. Eligibility: 10+2 (Preferably Science) or its equivalent with aggregate of 45% marks for General Candidates & 40% for SC/ST candidates
3. Candidate shall have to be medically fit
4. Admission is open for all genders

GNM Fee for the Academic Year 2023-24: Rs. 222,000 (Rupees Two Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand)

Payment Schedule:

• At the time of admission :                                Rs. 100,000
• 1st Installment (Before 20th April 2024):      Rs. 60,000
• 2nd Installment (Before 20th June 2024):     Rs. 62,000

• For qualified students seat can be reserved by paying Rs. 50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) for GNM

Auxiliary Nursing Midwife (ANM): 

1. Age Criteria: 17 to 30 years
2. Eligibility: 10+2 or any other equivalent examination
3. Candidate shall have to be medically fit

ANM Fee for the Academic Year 2023-24: Rs.170500 (Rupees One Lakh Seventy Thousand Five Hundred)

Payment Schedule:

• At the time of admission :                            Rs.  80,000
• 1st Installment (Before 20th April 2024):      Rs.  50,000
• 2nd Installment (Before 20th June 2024):  Rs.  40,500

Note:

• For qualified students seat can be reserved by paying Rs. 50,000 (Rupees Fifty thousand only) for ANM
• Reservation will be valid for 15 days from the day of reservation subject to clearance of admission amount. Reservation amount is non refundable.

Terms and Conditions for Fee Payments/ Cancellation of Admission:  

Arya Nursing College & Arya School of Nursing is stating the terms and condition of fee payment through out the course as follows:

1. Confirmation of Admission: In order to confirm your admission after verification of relevant documents & personal interview the amount has to be paid as mentioned in the fee structure. Admission will be yearly basis.
2.  Methods of Payment

Cash  Deposit

• For B.Sc & PBBSC Nursing- Cheque Deposit favour of  “ Arya Nursing College”
• For GNM & ANM Nursing- Cheque Deposit favour of  “ Arya School of Nursing”

3. Installment payments Dates: Payment must be made on or before the due dates as mentioned in fee structure.

4. Seat Cancellation Procedure: Arya Nursing College/ Arya School of Nursing reserves the right to cancel the seat of a student if it finds admission is taken by giving false information/ bio data/ examination results. Further if any document submitted by the student is found wrong or false later on, if the student will not be able to report to college as per given date by the college authority, if the student will not be able to submit their relevant documents in time.

In above cases the admission amount will be forfeited:

5. Course Drop/Withdrawal Policy: If any student wants to withdraw herself/himself from the course, refund will not be made against the already deposited fee.

A copy of the terms and condition for fees payment should be kept by the parents/Guardian and signed by both parents/Guardian and Student and submit along with the Student  Application Form.

1.  Pass Certificate of Class XII / HSSLC
2. Mark Sheet of Class XII / HSSLC
3. High School Leaving Certificate
4. Migration Certificate from University/Board
5. Age proof Certificate/HSLC Admit Card 
6. In case of SC/ST/OBC supporting documents must be produced
7. Character Certificate from Head of Institution last attended
8. Transfer Certificate from Institute last attended.
9. Registered Nurse/Registered Midwife certificate for Post Basic BSc. Nursing
